Payment

Payment is required at the time of purchase, DESIGNING OF YOUR SHIRT WILL NOT START UNTIL WE HAVE RECEIVED COMPLETE PAYMENT.

We accept major credit cards and Paypal.  You do NOT have to have a paypal account to make your purchases.

Processing Orders

All orders are processed once payment has been made in full. Because our apparel is handmade we ask that you allow 4 to 5 days to complete your garment, and to allow 2 to 3 days for shipping.

Shipping

Items are shipped within 2-3 business days after the item has been made. If you have made payment through paypal, you will be provided with a tracking number to track your package.

Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the personalized nature of the majority of our products, we do not offer refunds. Please read sizing correctly. We always stress that the majority of my shirts may run small! If in doubt AT ALL, email us for the exact measurements. We want you to LOVE your purchase, so if there's a problem, please email us asap (within 3 days of receiving your order).

We only offer exchanges if there has been an error on our part.  For example, you order a size medium and we send you a size small or the design you received was not the one you ordered.

It is very very important that you read sizing correctly, as we cannot stress that enough!!!

Positive Feedback

So that we can know that you love your new mommy bling, after receipt of your shirt, we would appreciate you leaving positive feedback.  Please contact us before leaving neutral or negative feedback.  Most all problems can be resolved but you must communicate with us in order for that to happen.

We Promise To:

Use your information to process your order only, which includes logos.  We will protect your information by not selling or sharing any information you provide to us, and will only contact you if there is a problem with your order.

Custom order guidelines:  

  • Quotes are delivered via email within 5 business days after art work, graphic, logo or phrases have been received.
  • Art work can be submitted via email to themommyblingboutique@gmail.com.   Please include a contact name, email address and phone number with your submission.
  • Client approval is required prior to processing.  An order is considered approved once payment is received.
  • Cancellations of confirmed work will not be refunded
  • All custom work is non-refundable.
Indemnity Clause:  Clients guarantee they have legal rights to use all marks, logos, words, symbols, designs or art as their submitted artwork.
